presented in English by Kim Knowles (Aberystwyth University)
This specially curated programme of experimental films interrogates what it means to present
‘nature’ and ecology differently, creating a dialogue between the subject matter and the processes of representation. Working exclusively with photochemical film (16mm and 35mm), the filmmakers showcased here foreground forms and techniques that question traditional modes of looking, asking us to reconsider our relationship to the world around us.
