Galerie AMU (GAMU) vyhlašuje otevřenou výzvu k předložení výstavních projektů pro rok 2026.
Výzva je určena české i zahraniční umělecké komunitě a kurátorstvu, přihlášky je možné posílat v češtině nebo v angličtině.
Výstavní rada GAMU, která vyhodnocuje přihlášené subjekty, preferuje tematické kurátorské výstavy s interdisciplinárními přesahy, případně výstavní projekty založené na uměleckém výzkumu.
Projekty je možné přihlašovat do 30.4. 2025 na gamu@famu.cz
Seznam požadovaných příloh:
• podrobný popis projektu včetně obrazové dokumentace zohledňující i prostorové možnosti galerie (max. 3 normostrany)
• strukturovaný životopis předkladatele
• stručné životopisy vystavujících umělců včetně ukázek tvorby / odkazů na portfolia
• rozpočet výstavy (ev. návrh na doplňkové zdroje financování)
Galerie AMU zajišťuje:
• dohled na výstavách
• technickou podporu
• grafické zpracování a tisk materiálů k výstavě
• základní PR
• produkční náklady do výše 40 000 Kč (honoráře, materiál) s ohledem na rozpočet galerie v daném roce

AMU Gallery announces an open call for exhibition projects to complement the gallery’s program for 2026.
The call is intended for both Czech and foreign artists and curators, applications may be sent both in Czech or in English.
Due to the wide spectrum of subjects taught at AMU (The Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) we prefer thematic, curatorial exhibition projects with interdisciplinary overlap, or exhibitions based around artistic research.
The projects can be registered until the 30th of April, 2025 at gamu@famu.cz
Required application materials:
• a detailed description of the project, including visual documentation which takes into account the gallery’s spatial dimensions (max. three standard pages of text)
• a structured CV/bio of the applicant
• brief CVs/bios of the exhibited artists, including a showcase of their work / links
to online portfolio
• the exhibition’s budget (possibly with proposed additional sources of funding)
The AMU Gallery provides:
• oversight at the exhibition
• technical support
• graphic processing and printing of accompanying materials
• basic PR
• production costs up to CZK 40,000 (fees, material), depending on the gallery’s budget for the given year
