Pragovka Gallery vás zve na doprovodný program k výstavě Jídlo jako rituál v úterý 30. června od 18 hodin.
Večer zahájí společné vaření polévky kolektivu Polévka na baru. Společná příprava jídla je nedílnou součástí aktivit skupiny. Tento happening nevede primárně k potřebě nasycení, ale spíše k příležitosti sdílení, setkávání a vytváření společného prostoru.
Po happeningu se v galerii uskuteční komentovaná prohlídka výstavy. Kurátorka v dialogu s vystavujícími umělci a umělkyněmi představí jednotlivá díla s různými přístupy k tématu jídla, každodennosti, péče a sdílené zkušenosti. Součástí komentované prohlídky bude také křest drobného katalogu.
Po skončení komentované prohlídky budete moct usednout ke společnému stolu a vychutnat si polévku za doprovodu performance Záznam provozu z autorského cyklu Hausfraukunst, kterou před galerií uvede Lucie Vobr. V návaznosti na stejnojmennou instalaci prezentovanou na výstavě bude pracovat s běžným kuchyňským nádobím a to pánví, hrncem, pokličkou a plecháčkem, které využije jako nástroje kresby stejně jako při vzniku děl v galerii.
Performance tematizuje každodenní úkony spojené s vařením a péčí a upozorňuje na jejich často přehlíženou hodnotu. Vznikající kresba se stává dočasným záznamem těchto činností; stejně jako výsledky domácí práce budou i tepelné stopy postupně blednout a mizet.

Pragovka Gallery se nachází v přízemí 1. zálivu E Factory. Objekt je od centra vzdálen 15 min. Metro B – Kolbenova, tram – Poštovská.

Pragovka Gallery invites you to the accompanying program for the exhibition Jídlo jako rituál (Food as Ritual) on Tuesday, June 30, at 6 PM.
The evening will open with a communal soup-making session by the collective Polévka na baru. Preparing food together is an integral part of the group’s activities. This happening is not primarily aimed at satisfying hunger, but rather at creating an opportunity for sharing, meeting, and building a common space.
Following the happening, a curator-led tour of the exhibition will take place in the gallery. The curator, in dialogue with the participating artists, will present individual works reflecting different approaches to the themes of food, everyday life, care, and shared experience. The tour will also include the launch of a small exhibition catalogue.
After the tour, you are invited to sit down at a shared table and enjoy the soup accompanied by the performance Záznam provozu from the artist series Hausfraukunst, presented in front of the gallery by Lucie Vobr. Building on the same-titled installation presented in the exhibition, she will work with ordinary kitchen utensils — a frying pan, a pot, a lid, and a tin cup — using them as drawing instruments in the same way as in the works created for the gallery.
The performance addresses the everyday acts associated with cooking and care, drawing attention to their often-overlooked value. The drawing that emerges becomes a temporary record of these activities; like the results of domestic work, the heat traces will gradually fade and disappear.
Evening schedule:
6:00 PM — soup-making begins
7:00 PM — curator-led tour with the curator and artists in dialogue
8:00 PM — Hausfraukunst performance

Pragovka Gallery is located on the ground floor of the 1st bay of E Factory. The building is 15 minutes from the centre. Metro B – Kolbenova, tram – Poštovská.
